I began my path by studying Economics, with a focus on human resources management. From the start, I was interested in understanding how people work within organizations: how they communicate, how they make decisions, and how they react to challenges.
In my professional career, I held leadership roles in large international companies, working closely with people from different countries. This experience showed me how decisive communication and relationship management are, especially in complex situations.
Living abroad for many years exposed me to different cultures, life views, and ways of communicating. I learned that there isn’t a single “right” way to face challenges, and that context and self-awareness make a real difference.
Like many people, I went through periods of high stress, self-doubt, and communication difficulties. These experiences sparked my strong interest in self-help. I began studying how people can become more resilient and feel more satisfied with their lives.
Communication
I write about communication because I believe the way we speak and listen deeply affects the quality of our personal and professional relationships.
Leadership
I approach leadership as a human responsibility before a managerial one, especially in times of uncertainty and constant change.
